2024 is Drew's 5th season with SS&T.  He came to SS&T with 2 decades of experience organizing, running and coaching both junior and adult programs.

For the last 10 years, Drew has been the Senior Staff Tennis Pro/Director of ten and under tennis at Longfellow Racquet Club at Natick.

Before joining Longfellow/Natick, he was the Assistant Head Tennis Pro at the Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island where he rebuilt the junior program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide quality tennis instruction to juniors and/or adults.
• Promote enthusiasm among participants
• Provide a safe learning environment for the members
• Court maintenance: two clay courts and three hard courts.
  • Responsibilities include leaf blowing/sweeping, drying hard courts if rain. Rolling, sweeping and lining clay courts).
• Viewing junior/adult league matches at home and away

REQUIRED SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be 16 yrs. or older
• Tennis teaching experience and competitive playing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with juniors and/or adults
• Ability to manage groups efficiently and effectively in a fun environment
• Ability to be a positive role model to participants
• Demonstrated reliability and responsibility
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car strongly preferred

HOURS:
Juniors: Monday – Thursday (between 8:30 and 5:30pm) Friday (9-4)
Adults: Monday-Thursday  (varies)
Hours will be allotted based upon part time/full time positions
